HRSoft Joins the Workday Partner Program to Enhance Compensation Management for Financial Services

It has joined the Workday Partner Program and launched the HRSoft: Compensation Platform Marketplace App. This app is a Workday Designed Approved integration. This partnership enhances the Workday ecosystem by adding advanced compensation features for financial services.

With its integration into Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), HRSoft’s platform helps institutions manage incentive structures effectively. Financial services often deal with complex pay models, like carried interest and performance-based bonuses.
