Confirm Unveils Unified AI Agents Platform for Performance Management

Share

Confirm has announced its Unified AI Agents HR Platform at the recent Transform 2026 conference. The solution has been described as a next-generation HR solution that promises to simplify performance management as well as other HR processes. The solution integrates several AI-based HR solutions into a single system in a bid to solve the problem of fragmentation that has resulted from using separate solutions for each function.

As a solution that has been built as an AI-native solution, the Confirm solution integrates onboarding, performance management, manager coaching, and employee service support into a unified solution. The solution is different from other HR solutions that have been built on traditional systems and later integrated with AI in that this solution has been built on a common data model using Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) and real-time workplace signals.

The solution has been built on data from collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and other sources that track how people actually work. The solution’s AI agents are able to provide more informed insights and recommendations as a result of this approach. The AI agents operate in a common data environment that allows them to learn continuously and provide cross-functional intelligence.

The platform introduces several specialized AI agents tailored to core HR needs. An AI HR Business Partner (HRBP) agent identifies retention risks and recognizes top performers using behavior and collaboration data. The onboarding agent supports new hires with tailored experiences during their first 90 days and keeps managers updated. A manager coaching agent provides real-time feedback and development tips at scale. A service desk agent helps employees with questions right in Slack and Microsoft Teams. This approach reduces the need for traditional ticketing systems.

“Most HR AI is built on static documents. We built ours on the data that actually captures how your people work: goals, feedback, performance history, and signals from your tools like Jira and Salesforce, running right in Slack and Teams. HR should have the same operational leverage that sales and engineering teams have had for years. Now it does,” said David Murray, CEO and Cofounder of Confirm.

With its unified approach, Confirm aims to provide HR teams with greater operational efficiency, deeper workforce insights, and scalable automation, reflecting a broader shift toward AI-driven, data-centric people management.
