Seekr Names Darcey Villasenor Chief People Officer

Seekr, a leading AI technology company, has appointed Darcey Villasenor as Chief People Officer, reinforcing the company’s commitment to scaling global talent and strengthening organizational operations. Villasenor brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in venture- and private-equity-backed technology companies.

Before joining Seekr, Villasenor served as Head of People and Culture at SpryPoint and held senior leadership roles at StackHawk, Sonatype, and Mercuri Urval. In these positions, she was responsible for creating the people strategies, systems, and culture necessary to support rapid growth and operational scalability.

At Seekr, Villasenor will oversee the company’s global end-to-end people strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee development. Her appointment underscores Seekr’s ongoing investment in human capital to support its expanding international footprint and sovereign AI data center initiatives.
